Platform 2 designed, produced and staged various live events for the Food Standards Agency around Scotland including; Glasgow, Aberdeen, Falkirk, Dundee, Inverness and Stornoway. Cookery demonstrations by Wendy Barrie were followed by questions from the audience and answered by a panel of food experts from the Food Standards Agency, local government and celebrity guests.
