Elgin / Franklin Inauguration at Drum Castle

Platform 2 designed, staged and managed the inauguration of the Elgin / Franklin field at Drum Castle, Royal Deeside.

The workscope included the inauguration of a freestanding 'Serious Structure' on the lawns at 54m x 18m x 15m high. Inside the structure Platform 2 installed a 10m sq rig with intelligent lighting, custom build stage and lectern, live satellite link to the Elgin / Franklin PUQ platform. On-site video edit suite, 10m sq field model display, graphic wall displays, lighting and sound design, all logistics and site management for the event.
