Event Management - Britannia Gas Condensate Field Inauguration

On behalf of Chevron and Conoco, the joint Operators of the Britannia Gas Condensate field, Platform 2 worked on the Event Management for the Inauguration, producing the central Britannia Information Exhibition along with the 10 supporting suppliers Exhibition stands. The on-site Inauguration was marked by the 4m wide stainless steel 'Britannia Hands'. P2 were responsible for all concept, design, manufacture, on-site logistics and for the overall event management.

Platform 2 designed, staged and managed the inauguration of the Elgin / Franklin field at Drum Castle, Royal Deeside.

The leading travel industry award presentations in the Grosvenor House Hotel, London. Platform 2 were the event managers. Workscope included set designs, all event planning, theming and management, graphic support and construction. We also staged and event managed their conference night club "Trunks" at the ABTA Conference, Sun City, South Africa.

Workscope included all design work for the launch, event planning, stage set, branding, invitations, menus, table displays, speaker support, video staging, cabaret and night club presentation. The event took place within the client's newly completed workshop!
